Opportunities exist for both senior developers focused on the purely technical track as well as a team-lead position that includes team leadership responsibilities as well. | Duties: | �Exhibit detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem solving skills
�Design robust, scalable and secure object-oriented software for solutions deployed worldwide
�Write clean, maintainable code using the best engineering practices in the industry today (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
�Employ excellent communication (written and verbal) to facilitate team cohesion and ensure highest possible quality and efficiency
�Debug applications using a variety of tools, including post-mortem crash dump analysis
�Utilize unit testing and unit test frameworks
�Focus on excellence � we�re allergic to mediocrity and apathy

| Qualifications: | �Proficient on programming software applications in object oriented languages such as .NET / VC++ / Java using Visual Studio 2010+
�Proficient on programming software applications utilizing a back-end database (Oracle, SQL Server) a plus
�Experience with third party .NET frameworks and libraries such as log4net, Spring.NET, or NHibernate a plus
�Excellent knowledge and work experience in designing and developing complex software applications
�Experience in developing security related software components a plus
�B.S. in Computer Science and 4+ years in a professional software development field or a comparable level of experience
