| Duties: | Position responsibilities include handling outbound call volume of 80 to 100 calls per day and communicating B2B, as well as, initiating and responding to B2B e-mail related to sales opportunities. Maintaining sales revenue at a level equal to or exceeding assigned quota. Individual must have the ability to learn technical sales role and be able to uncover new opportunities. Must be able to research potential prospects and their industries and set up new appointments and conduct on-line demonstrations. Effectively maintain leads in contact database. Follow-up with customer base for add-on business and customer service needs. Update and document contact information within CRM. Learn new technology for potential advancement opportunities.

| Qualifications: | �Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in a position of technical sales, business development, network operations/network management or B2B/B2C project planning/implementation/management or software sales.
�Working knowledge of File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Secure Shell (SSH), Transmission Control Protocol (TCP/IP) or other networking protocols and Problem Solving Methodologies.
�Excellent customer service and communication skills.
�BS Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Electronic Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree and sales experience.
